TMSI provides its recruitment services in various ways in order to give our clients maximum flexibility. The three options described below represent our standard service offerings. However, TMSI is willing to create a customized solution to meet specific client needs.
Contract This option allows a client to utilize the services of a TMSI employee for a specific project and duration and pay only for the actual hours used. TMSI identifies a candidate for the job but allows the client to interview the candidate and make the final selection. At the end of the assignment, the TMSI contractor is reassigned with no further obligation by the client.
Direct Hire This option allows the client to interview and immediately employ a candidate presented by TMSI. The client pays a fee directly to TMSI only after the employee completes thirty (30) days of employment with the client.
Contract-to-Hire This option allows the client to utilize the services of a TMSI employee as an hourly contractor with the intention of converting the contractor to an employee at the successful completion of the contract period. The client and the candidate have the flexibility of getting to know each other better before a final hiring decision is made reducing the risk to both parties.
